New Delhi: Unvaccinated Delhi executive workers might not be allowed to wait place of business from October 16, in keeping with a Delhi Crisis Control Authority (DDMA) order on Friday. All such unvaccinated Delhi executive workers, together with academics and frontline employees, can be handled as “on leave” until they get the jab, the order mentioned.
The workers “who do not get vaccinated (at least first dose) by October 15 shall not be allowed to attend their respective offices/healthcare institutions /educational institutions with effect from October 16 till they have obtained the first dose vaccine,” it stated. The heads of departments involved will test vaccinated workers thru Aarogya Setu app or vaccination certificates, it mentioned.
The order, issued through Delhi Leader Secretary Vijay Dev, mentioned that the central executive “may consider issuing similar directions in respect of its employees working in Delhi.” .
