Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) associate organisation Swadeshi Jagran Manch (SJM) has welcomed the Centre’s determination to repeal the 3 farm regulations.
The organisation’s leader Ashwani Mahajan has mentioned that the transfer will put an finish to the “evil intentions” of “anti-national and separatist forces”.
Talking to information company ANI, Mr Mahajan mentioned that the federal government had “good intentions” in the back of passing the rural regulations and it used to be in a position to amend the regulations.
“If any law is made, there are some shortcomings in it, we can improve it too. The shortcomings were also pointed out by the farmers,” mentioned Mr Mahajan.
“When the talks with the farmers were being held, all the changes that the Swadeshi Jagran Manch had suggested after talking with the farmers, the government had agreed to accept those suggestions. However, the farmers were persistent that these laws should be withdrawn,” he mentioned.
Mr Mahajan mentioned that some “separatist forces” took good thing about the farmers’ motion.
“Flags of Khalistan were put up there. Other separatist forces also became active there. At some places, Naxalism was also active,” he mentioned.
Mr Mahajan additionally mentioned that the federal government used to be “flexible” and praised it for the verdict pronouncing, “it is a good tradition.”
“With this move, the separatist forces were also defeated because the agenda they had is now over,” he mentioned.
