Retreating its scheme for a brand new company construction introduced in April 2021, Bharti Airtel on Tuesday stated it’s going to merge wholly-owned subsidiary Telesonic Networks with itself, leading to consolidation of fibre belongings into the corporate, whilst Nettle Infrastructure Investments too will probably be merged with Airtel.
